Alleana brings 20 years of dedicated experience in dental hygiene, defined by clinical excellence and a passion for mentorship. While she has been a mainstay in the Sioux Falls dental community for over ten years, her career is built on a diverse foundation of practice in Illinois and Oregon.A standout aspect of Alleana’s professional journey is her extensive experience as a temporary and substitute hygienist. Navigating these various markets required high adaptability, allowing her to seamlessly integrate into new teams and master diverse clinical workflows while maintaining a steadfast commitment to high-quality, one-on-one patient care.Beyond the chair, Alleana taught as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of South Dakota (USD) for three years. She stays at the forefront of industry standards and best practices, ensuring a sophisticated, evidence-based approach to every interaction.
Michelle brings over 25 years of specialized experience in the dental industry to this venture. For the past 14 years, she has established a distinguished clinical reputation in Sioux Falls, following an impactful tenure in Minnesota.A key differentiator in Michelle’s background is her extensive history as a temporary hygienist within both the Sioux Falls and Greater Twin Cities metro areas. This role required her to integrate seamlessly into diverse clinical environments, mastering varied operational workflows and patient management systems with minimal notice.
